My Books

If I'm So Smart... Where Did All My Money Go?

I wrote this book ten years ago, in the aftermath of the financial crisis. The book follows a fictionalized personal finance seminar and teaches people how to plan their personal finances to achieve all the big life goals: buying a car, a house, paying for college, saving for retirement. It’s a user friendly way to learn some critical financial information. Because I wrote it a decade ago, most of the numerical information is dated. (For instance, the cost of a college education is considerably higher today.) But the concepts are all as valid today as ever. I have a handful of books left and am happy to mail one to anyone who would like one. No charge. Just message me on the contact page.

Write Great First Sentences

Want to learn how to write a first sentence that grabs your readers and tells them this is a story they won’t be able to put down? I did. But there was no book on the market that dealt specifically with this subject. So I decided to write one. It’s a quick 85 pages. You’ll learn the six types of first sentences that work the best, as well as the four types of first sentences to avoid. It’s only $2.99 on Amazon, and free if you have a Kindle Unlimited account.
