Because this is a site dedicated to people who enjoy the process of creating who are not naturally creative. I believe there are a lot of us out there. For some people, creativity comes easily. It’s a natural mode of thought. But for others, it’s a bit more work. It takes effort, concentration, and practice.

The right brain is known for imagination, intuition, visualization, and rhythm. Everything we typically think goes into creativity.

The left brain is known for logic, mathematics, organization, and language. Other than the last, not the stuff we think of all central to fiction.

But we left brainers can learn to turn our weaknesses into strengths. That’s what this website is about. The rewards are tremendous. There’s nothing like building your skill at something new. Watching yourself develop new abilities.
